The Gymnasium State is a micronation in the central Europe, bordered by the Czech Republic. Located in a school in Czech town of Sušice, it declared its independence as Socialist State of Gymnasium on 1 September 2017, and has currently a population of 18 people.
Unlike any sovereign country in the world, the government of Gymnasium State does not have separated executive, legislative and judiciary branches. All those are replaced with the Senate of Gymnasium State, which, consisting of all micronation’s citizens, substitutes the three branches. Heads of the country are the President and Premier, both being elected every two months directly from the citizens.
