From 4 to 6 July, the fourth election of the year took place. As was observed in past years, the July election usually has lower turnout, which was this time even amplified by the COVID pandemic earlier and the fact the election took place already quite far into summer, at time when a large portion of Gymnazists usually go on holidays. Due to this, the election had broke the record of the smallest turnout in history, with six people voting in the second round, and only four in the first one.

The first round was won by František Prášek, who, with two votes, became Premier, as he only finished his presidential term. Daniel Švíka and Sebastian Ryba both received one vote, Mr. Švíka then beat Mr. Ryba in second round with 5 votes, and assumed the post of president.
