The first presidential election into the third year of independence took place on 2 September 2019. It was the election with the biggest amount of people who gained vote in the first round, with 17 votes distributed between 10 people.

The election was won by Michal Kulhánek with 4 votes, followed by Matěj Čech, Stanislav Mičke, Adam Pivetz and František Prášek with two votes, and five people with one vote each. Kulhánek became President, and the second round took place between Matěj Čech and Stanislav Mičke, as both Pivetz and Prášek could be only elected President. In the second round, Matěj Čech beat Stanislav Mičke with 8 votes against 5, assuming the position of Premier.
